Create

Author multi-week plan templates with the same structured workout editor athletes use: repeat blocks, %FTP targets, cadence and instructions for each step.

3×
  1. Warmup15 min50–70% FTP
  2. Repeat 3×
    1. Threshold10 min95–100% FTP

Even pacing from the first minute.

    2. Recover5 min45–55% FTP
  3. Cooldown10 min<60% FTP
Targets stay as %FTP, so one plan fits every athlete; each athlete’s own FTP applies on their device.

Assign and publish

Invite athletes by username; once they accept, assign a plan from a start date and it appears on their calendar as drafts only you can see. Remove or adjust drafts, then publish when ready.

Athletes stay in control of their accounts

Athletes decide who coaches them: they accept invitations and can remove a coach at any time. Device exports belong to the athlete, and coaches never handle athletes’ device or Strava credentials.
