Terms of Use

The terms for using SurgeIQ Lab. Please read the fitness disclaimer in particular.

Fitness disclaimer

SurgeIQ Lab provides general training information, planning tools and workout files. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or qualified coach. Exercise carries risk. Check with a qualified professional before starting or changing training, especially if you have a health condition, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. You are responsible for riding safely and obeying traffic laws; don’t interact with a bike computer in a way that distracts you on the road.

Accounts

Keep your password secure and your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Coaches get access to an athlete’s training only after the athlete accepts their invitation.

Your content

You keep ownership of the workouts, plans and data you create. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service, including building files you download and showing assigned plans to the athletes you coach.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

Connecting Strava is optional and governed by Strava’s terms. Workout files you download are used on devices and apps we don’t control; how they display a workout may vary.

Availability and changes

SurgeIQ Lab is provided “as is”. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. We will update this page when the terms change.
